These terms apply to digital products sold by [TODO: legal business name] trading as Nova Frame (“we”) to customers in the United States, United Kingdom and Canada.
You are buying a digital toolkit (downloadable files). It is a system and prompt workflow. It is not software, not a generator subscription, and not a done-for-you content service.
Prices are shown in US dollars. Stripe charges the card in USD. Your bank may convert GBP or CAD and may add its own fee.
Delivery is by email, sent after payment is confirmed. You are responsible for providing a working email address.
Digital content is supplied immediately. By completing checkout you request immediate performance and acknowledge that you lose the statutory 14-day right of withdrawal once download or access begins.
Because the files are delivered electronically, refunds are not offered after access is granted, except where a statute requires otherwise or the file cannot be delivered.
Unless your checkout page says otherwise, you receive a commercial-use license to create content with the system. You may not republish, resell, or share the toolkit files themselves.
Do not use the system to create non-consensual sexual imagery, child sexual abuse material, or undisclosed deceptive ads where the law or platform requires a label.
Results depend on your tools, skill, and distribution. We do not promise followers, brand deals, or revenue.
